Staff Training

Staff training is an important part of both compliance and personal development, and with this comes GGW Limited commitment to instilling relevant learning across all levels of our business. Each member of staff that is new to our homes undertakes a 12-week induction programme comprising of both mandatory and statutory training.

GGW Limited recognises that for a person to lead a fulfilling lifestyle, they need to participate in a programme of care home activities and engagement that is responsive and specific to them – one that reflects their life roles, culture, social interests, and pastimes.

Mr. W wife informed management about how carers have taken an exceptional care of her husband, she added that she's most thankful for the continuous support from carers, and how GGW Care comes through each and every time, she finally stated that carers are very respectful and always on time.

Mr. R stated during his testimonial that he was more than happy with the care provided by GGW Care, as his medications are ordered on time, carers supporting him with his personal care, and making him feel more active now.

During Mrs. C's testimonial she laid emphasis on how helpful carers have been through out the years she has been with GGW Care, and has had no faults or negative concerns, she also added carers are very respectful as she appreciates each carers.

J has been very happy with the service received and has always been treated with respect. The carers are friendly towards him which makes him feel relaxed. Sometimes the carers have to wait a short while if they arrive at the same time as the nurse does but they never complain. He would recommend the company to anyone looking for an agency who are fair and easy to deal with.

I love GGW Care. They have been brilliant with my parents. Very calm and caring . The management team has been the best I have dealt with. Nothing is too much trouble. I am 100 percent happy with the care we are receiving and knowing my parents are well looked after keeps me a sense of fulfilment.
